EOD shots causing some unwanted anxiety

Hey guys...I switched to EOD shots a couple months ago and just the past week have been rather anxious and even had a mild panic attack at my kids school! I only switched as a means to try lowering my E2.

Has anyone experienced this unwanted side-effect? What could be causing this?

I guess I will go back to twice a week shots like before.

Have you had any blood work done since switching over to an EOD injection frequency to see where your total t/free t and e2 (sensitive assay) sit among looking at how other blood markers have been effected?

Did your lower your overall weekly testosterone dose when you switched from injecting (every 3.5 days) to EOD?

Lab work on new protocol would give you a good idea to see how your hormones have been effected and anxiety can be from too high t levels, e2 not in a healthy range among other issues which can cause anxiety.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
