E2 problem

I am taking Testosterone Cyp 30 mg. 200mg T Cyp injected twice weekly.
I began taking T about a year ago around Christmas time.*

My problem is that I cannot get my E2 up where it belongs. I am always hovering around 15. My libido is dead and erections are soft.


I am on no AI all.
I am not on HCG.

I gave blood at the local center yesterday to get the Hematoocrit to a better level.

Any advice on what to do about the low E2? I feel great otherwise.*

Both HCG and DHEA can raise E2 in men. As with anything everyone reacts differently but either/both may be worth trying.
Unless I'm reading something wrong your Hematocrit did not look high?

The Hemocrit has been bouncing between 48 and 52, the blood donation was preventative medicine..
I had planned to begin hCG, maybe I should talk to the doc.
If that doesnt work, is DHEA availble over the counter? If so, what would be a starting dose?

I personally take the HCG as do many here. Some Dr.s are reluctant but hopefully yours is not.
I am in Canada DHEA is not available over the counter here but it is in the USA. I am not taking it but the common dose seems to be 25mg.

For HCG the minimum is typically 250iu twice per week and the max is typically 500iu three time per week. Start at 250 and see how you feel. It'll likely raise your total T and free T so once you get your labs after being on HCG for 6 weeks you may have to reduce your Test Cyp dosage to compensate for the added HCG.

Based on the reference range, it appears you are testing estradiol with the incorrect test. Men should have their e2 measured with the sensitive/ultra-sensitive, LC, MS/MS, lab. That means your estradiol levels may be even lower than the value you presented.
