Don't have any data, but I will say that listening to a podcast yesterday by Jay Campbell with Dr. Rob Kominiarek, I believe he said something in the range of 60-80.
Again, I'm trying to recall from memory.
But his philosophy is to mainly treat symptoms and not numbers hardly at all.
He was also encouraging guys to get a baseline hormone panel done earlier in life, say the 20's, when you're feeling great to get an idea of where your numbers need to be in order to be optimized.
