Vince what is your regimen? I'd be curious because we largely eat the same way, but I am a few years behind you (47).
I don't take Vitamin C. In fact I simply take this product from Vitacost called Once Daily. Is this type of Vitamin C sufficient? In fact, it seems I'm getting more than what I need of a lot of Vitamins but I don't know how much absorption I get.
I see that Powder City also has a Vitamin C Powder that I'd suppose one could add to their daily NO Stack (I pre-load 3 bottles with my L-Citrulline and other powders).
I personally don't like multivitamins. I don't supplement with vitamin E, it seems like it causes more problems than good. I do take 1000mg of vitamin C and 1000mg of L-Lysine twice a day.
What specifically is new in that presentation, or the associated paper? Is it just that Rath now has some rodent data to support what were formerly just conjectures?
Having watched it, it certainly makes it appear that they are onto something?

Actually tonight I decided to stop taking vitamin C. My LDL is getting too low, I'm going to ask my doctor if I can get off the statin, but I won't see him until late June. I bet I can get my LDL to 70 without it.
Dr. Thomas Levy in his book "Primal Panacea" recommends high dose oral liposomal encapsulated vitamin C to heal coronary arteries and shrink blockages. " Poor dental health, mercury-containing amalgam fillings ,gum disease and root canal-treated teeth dump toxins and pathogens into the blood and reduce vitamin C stores.
A vitamin C deficiency stimulates the inflammation process with the body's need for more vitamin C in depleted areas and leaves the door open for other inducers of inflammation, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as toxins and autoimmune reactions.Vitamin C deficiency in the coronary arteries is the sole root cause of all coronary disease".
I don't believe that vitamin C deficiency is the sole cause. If it was, why do people who have taken vitamin C supplements for years have coronary plaque. Why do people who take large doses of vitamin C still have trouble in reducing their calcium score?
