Downwards T values... to bottom.

I had posted description of the problem on FB first. I move it here...
I had been on Testim treatment for slightly over two months. I had received request of blood reanalysis and consultancy with dr. Something went apparently not really right. Initial value for total testosterone was 7,5 nmol/l, free was on level of 2. New results, after two months treatment, blod tested early morning, before application of Testim show 3,9 nmol/l, with free testosterone 2.
Dr said, that all other values look well - P-PSA - 0,36 mikrog/l, S-SHBG - 25 nmol/l Estradiol was not checked.
After short discussion, he proposed and I agreed, as it was also my intention, shifting from Testim to Nebido. I had just received injection three days ago. Next one will be in 5-6 weeks and then next 10-12 weeks, dependently, how will I feel. Checkup of blood after half year.
I didn't receive any estarase blockers, etc.
Are the values result of own testosteron shutdown and peak after application of gel? Or, possibly estradiol conversion?
In first month I got some kg down. Though in second, I started gaining back. Libido didn't really go up, though erections work with Cialis help, somehow...
Mood - also first month quite quick up, with some symptoms initially, which I wrote about (headaches, kind of dizziness, which had been confirmed by Ferring as possible of first applications). Negative symptoms had gone and I was like recharged! Month after - morning wake up became really hard...
But still, it is not this deppy mood, which I had in end of year and beggining of 2014...
I got definately too much kg on body. Height 177cm/5,81 ft, 90kg/198,4 lb
I got up that in last three years... Vicious circle of no power/no will/no excercise effect.
Maybe force to loose weight might change testosterone balance?..
Shall I just be patient for this half year or trying to find supporting meds to be combined with Nebido? This second option limited... Swedish health care is pretty much organized and not much force to do something out. Private sector of drs is almost none.

Just to be fully clear with current picture, here are results I got:
B-EVF - 0.41 (ref. 0.39-0.5)
P-PSA - 0,36 (ref. 0.0-3.0) microg/L
S-Test - 3.9 (ref. 10-35) nmol/L
S-Test bioactive - 2.0 (ref. 2.0-15) nmol/L
S-SHBG - 25 (ref. 10-57) nmol/L

So total testosteone is low. Free is on lowest boarder...

I had called to healthcare guide, referring to discussion with dr. They adviced forcing change to specialist - andrologist or edocrinologist. Thing is it need to be made by former dr, or if problem, home dr.

After second day after Nebido injection, I feel foggy and kind of powerless. I wake up as well again with bloody headaches, which does not pass after usually working combination of 1g paracetamol + 0,4g ibuprofen... I found somewhere on various posts suggestion, that headache appearing with TRT usually is linked to progesteron levels?

I have question to those who have experience with combined treatment - can I use in meantime additional Testim? Or will it mess up with body even more? I assume, Nebido requires time to be cleaved sufficiently releasing free testosterone? Or just being patient for next weeks, till next Nebido shot...

I just know I have one body and mess up may ruin all...

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
