Downing Labs Compounding Pharmacy

I was just wondering, is anyone using Downing Labs? is this a reputable place to get prescriptions from? I have only used Empower Pharmacy in Houston, and they are supposed to be one of the best. I just can't find much information on Downing Labs other than a lawsuit few years ago about the compounding of drug products under unsterile conditions. They have since then cleaned out their act, that's what they claimed. Anyone?

I have not heard of them before.
