I have been unable to find an answer to this anywhere. I have blood work scheduled though my TRT doctor. Last year when I got the same work it was like 5 tubes of blood, I have no idea what the actual volume of that is. Since I donate blood as part of my TRT (because it raises my RBC), he advised to donate 1 week before the blood work.
You can only donate blood once every 8 weeks because it takes that long to build up enough blood. My question is, won't the donation + the 5 tubes of blood be too much?
