Does cytomel decrease shbg ?

I had a consult with a nurse practitioner from defy today and she said cytomel can decrease shbg in some people. I thought thyroid hormone increases shbg? Has anybody ever heard of T3 decreasing shbg?

If you have low levels of FT3, I would go on a protocol to improve them.

So if I have already high shbg taking thyroid will raise it even more?
