Do you have to let Tadalafil or othe ED troche dissolve under tongue or can just swallow?

I know Viagra, for me and with Phizers own advice, can have absorption issues thru the gut with a meal. Works much better for me on an empty stomach. I think the troche, never used one, is indeed designed to be sublingual.

Isn't the purpose of the troche sublingual adsorption? No reason to pay the extra if you're swallowing it like a pill.
