Hello everyone. Great site! Great resource!
i have an appointment with my primary so I will be seeking my doctor's advice. In the mean time, I was hoping to run my situation passed you guys and seek some recommendations.
From my primary, I am on injectible testosterone 200 mg per week. Since then, I went to an aging clinic and was prescribed HCG at 500 units three times per week. I ran that passed my primary and he was okay with it. So that had been my protocol since Oct of last year.
in early May, I was hospitalized for diverticulitis. I haven't injected anything since then. We are hoping the diverticulitis will not be a chronic situation. No surgery was needed. I developed a superficial blood clot shortly after being discharged. Nothing other than a low dose aspirin and rest were ordered to treat that.
Assuming I get a handle on the diverticulitis, and the superficial blood clot breaks/clears, am I still a candidate for TRT? A little about me. I never felt terrible. I am overweight though and I literally work out 7 to 10 times a week. Two a days are very common for me. Because of that, I was open to TRT in the first place.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
