Discounted lab, Is ID required

Having some experience with the data broker business I
am always suspicous of giving out my personally identifiable information

I would be glad to have them invalidate the results for purposes of medical diagnosis.if I can
then remain anonymous

Labcorp always asks for ID, so does Quest. But sometimes lab techs forget to ask (rarely)

Eros- "I have never had to show ID at Labcorp - they just take my paperwork and then verbally ask me to confirm my address again as verification. But perhaps it differs from location to location?"

me either

It is required by Labcorp but, as I said, not fully enforced since there is no box in any form that the technician has to check to report that step in the intake process.
