Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, also known as IGF-1, is used as a biomarker for blood levels of human growth hormone. It is a hormone produced by the liver and other tissues which affects growth-promoting activities and glucose metabolism. The blood level of IGF-1 appears to be constant over 24 hours and is found to be related to growth hormone secretion.

Serum growth hormone test is highly variable and not predictive of actual GH amount. IGF-1 is more stable as a marker.
I decided not to carry it but can add it if people think it's needed.
Here is the Labcorp info:https://www.labcorp.com/help/patient-test-info/growth-hormone
Let me know what the lowest price you find is and I will try to improve on it. Thanks
