DIM question

So I am starting to think I am little sensitive to the AIs. My dose of trt is 50mg every 3.5 days. I use to be at 70 every 3 days but I felt it was pushing my e2 to high and even when I was taking the AI then I felt like it dropped me badly. My labs showed it as well. And now with my dose even lower I imagine .25 of an AI after my dose is probably not the best thing. I took my last AI dose about a week ago. And the past couple days I have felt horribly fatigued. Like I’ll sleep a good 10 hrs and still feel tired. I am getting labs Thursday, but I assume this is high e2. Just wondering if I took DIM if it’s a supplement you are suppose to take everyday. Also I don’t know if this is related to high e2. But the joints in my wrist have been hurting the past few days. I have read that’s related to low e2. But my AI dose was over a week ago.

DIm is a garbage supplement. I'd ride this out until your labs come in and though some joint pain can be one of the pretty clear low E symptoms, low and high can mimic one another. Changing something at this point seems foolish, you've got no idea what's really going on. Are you low SHBG by chance?

My doctor only checks it every 6 months. Which is annoying as all hell. I am seeing a new doc in about 2 months thankfully. But from the sounds of it I should tell him to check it. From what I have read SHGB is huge. I have been reading up more on pellets and people seem to say that they work pretty well without the ups and downs of management of e2. Yeah and that’s why I hate e2 I don’t know whether it’s high or low right now. I want to take a dose of my AI, but I don’t want to crash either. The dose I would take now is .25. There are some t forms I have read where guys are taking 1mg of an AI every other day. I imagine those forums though those guys are using it for not the right reasons (trt)
