Difference in test strength and how to adjust

Hi folks I've been on test cypionate 250.g/ml taking 25 units every other day and now I received vials that are 200mg/ml , just wondering how I adjust to get the same strength ???, thank you for anyone that can help

If you have a 100 tick mark/ml syringe just divide 200mg/100 and that will tell you how many mgs are in each tick mark. You can do the math from there.
