Deltoid Twitch/Spasm after shot

Hey all

I have done a deltoid shot today, shortly after the muscle has started to twitch/spasm(4 hours ago), just wondering the cause behind this as I have never had it happen in a few year's - Currently using 29g x 12.7mm needles I usually also tend to push the needle in a little harder.

Also no pain on entry.

I had that one time. I literally had the twitching for two months. It was insanely annoying and I ended up getting a sports massage and it stopped after that. If you have a partner or a massage gun I'd try that first and then if it doesn't work book a massage to work on your shoulder
