In the past they have offered an advise-only service, more intended to partner with a local doctor who would prescribe the recommended treatment.

have tried to contact them via email but I don't get an answer.
My doctor here prescribed me clomiphene for low testosterone levels, and I would like to know if it is possible to ask defy medical enclomifene.

I suspect all Defy can do is advise your doctor that enclomiphene is a viable substitute for clomiphene. It would be up to your doctor to prescribe it, and that assumes it's possible to find a legitimate source. I'm only aware of one such source in the U.S., Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy, and it seems unlikely they will ship to other countries. But you can ask them.
