Creatine and sleep

The data speaks, Creatine improve sleep deprivation symptoms, and it may shorten the need for sleep, I used creatine before and I don't remember I had sleep trouble, I started again 5gr of it yesterday, and noticed improved mood and mental capacity right from first day, I actually still feel it today and I did not take it, too bad that 5gr kept me up till 1am and my sleep was pretty terrible.

searching on line many people have sleep issue while on it, what's your experience?
 
No sleep problems from creatine here, though I do normally take it in the morning, but I also regularly use a preworkout containing creatine before evening training and haven’t noticed any difference.
