nelson, vince, chris , guys - what do you guys think about my labs 4x saliva cortisol

800 am - 0.133 ug/dl ref 0.025-0.600 ug/dl
noon - 0.159 ug/dl ref <0.010-0.330
4pm - 0.029ug/dl ref 0.010-0.200
12am - 0.067ug/dl ref ,0.010-0.090

Just looking at the ref ranges you're pretty low across the board. Im going through testing now I can't compare our numbers at the moment but Dr Saya has me on DHEA first thing in the AM but I don't feel an improvement. I'm doing a new test this weekend so we'll see where it goes from there, I'm really not clear on HC and dosing it.

Vince when I first started DHEA I felt great even with a low test level of 197. I took 50mg per day in am and recently switched to split dose with the advice of Dr. Chrisler.

I have but I tried them for anxiety and mild depression. I'm going to go back on them and see if my sleep patterns change. I have a 5htp in my pocket as we speak! What dose do you recommend for 5htp - 100mgs? I will add the melatonin as well. Do you think better sleep will make a significant increase in my am cortisol? I do not have that energetic refreshed feeling like I used to! Some days I feel like a could tackle the world and other days the world tackles me!
