Your value of 688 is OK (the range is usually 350-1200 or so depending on the lab company). Your free T is over 2 percent, so that is good.
Were these labs run the same day?
Why two different TT labs if so?
Tell us more about you and if you are symptomatic of low androgen levels.
same day. I don't know why two different values. That is my question here.
i don't know what you mean by symptomatic or low androgen.
I believe Gene is looking to understand how you feel. Do you have classic low-T symptoms? If you are on TRT, what is your current protocol?
I don't have low T symptoms at all since being on TRT. But yeah, classic low T symptoms are what lead me to treatment.
I usually take:
100 mg mon and thursday (200/wk)
300 IU HCG Wed and Sun (600 IU/wk)
The only thing I changed was I used 200 all on a monday and got tested the following Monday (before next shot). This was at my doctors request to wait 7 days. Then I went directly back to my 100/100 split.

It seems that they ordered two tests that included testosterone. I bet one was LC/MS based and the other used immunoassay.
