Ran this past my pcp and he kind of freaked out, I take 10mg each morning and it helps a lot with BPH… I said you know I’m closer to 50 but my brain acts like I’m 18… wife’s birthday is coming up and I want to really wow her over the weekend, he said, just take a full 20 with the half 20 you take in the morning… while that was okay, it was not exactly the ramrod effect I was going for… my wife is one of those lucky ladies that can straight up orgasm from PIV… so no complaints from her side of things.
