Colostrum-the new growth hormone??

Has anyone been taking Colostrum? Everything I read is good. I would like to hear from anyone who can speak about it or tried it.

Scam. We used it in my world 15 years ago. It does not do what they say although if its real stuff it can improve immune function in some.
