Cold feet at night?

Are any of you guys experiencing cold/burning sensation in feet/soles at night? I seem to randomly experience this. Could be just bad circulation, as I used to get this sometimes before TRT too. Feet do actually feel cold to the touch, so it’s not a neuro type thing. Can it be related to testosterone? Or fluctuating estrogen levels? I know women do seem to get very cold at night. Any thoughts?

I don't believe your cold feet has anything to do with your testosterone levels or estrogen levels. Your thyroid levels could be affecting your body temperature, which could cause your cold feet. Have you ever had a thyroid panel? TSH, free T4, free T3 and both antibodies.

I like Vince's thyroid suggestion if you haven't taken those in the recent past. An easy thing might be to take your temp with a thermometer when you have this cold feet feeling and see what you get over a few days time, see if there's a pattern.

Thanks for the replies guys. I had a partial thyroid panel done 2 months ago:
TSH - 1.28 (0.32 - 4.00)
Free T4 - 14 (9 - 19)
Body temp 98.2-98.6

Free T3 is the key, T4 isn't the active hormone, your body converts T4 > T3, and T4 is normal to be on the lower side of the lab range. Though your TSH is in a fair place that's just a tiny snapshot and it's really not worth much in a more comprehensive look at the thyroid.
If it's affordable for you the 5 tests that Vince listed above are what you should run to get a good look at Thyroid. If you needed to cut the costs of your labs, Free T3, reverse T3 might suffice.

Here in Canada they’re free, but convincing a doc to write up a requisition for anything is another story. Joining an actual trt clinic soon and they seem cool with any test I want. I actually tested E2 and SHGB for the first time ever thanks to them. Could stress and maybe low carbs also cause this? Googling this symptom brings up lots of stuff. But I’m ruling some out as my resting heart rate is good around 64 bpm, blood pressure good low averaging 105/73 and LDL cholesterol is very low.

I thought this was interesting, written by Dr. Saya. It makes you wonder if it would help your cold feet.

As noted doxazosin dampens the vasoconstriction from the sympathetic nervous system (norepinephrine). Norepinephrine vasoconstricts (reason for cold hands, clammy skin, no erection/shriveled up penis/scrotum, etc) when the sympathetic nervous system tone is heightened...stress, anxiety, fight/flight, etc.

Doxazosin restored my morning erections
