Clomid therapy not working. Next step/option?

I am re-posting this from my other older thread that seems to have gotten lost:

Alright so I went for bloodwork at about the 6 week mark of starting clomid 25mg/ED.
I will post the blood work below. Please inform me of my next option. I am going to see the doc and am looking for guidance on what to expect and what to propose.
In short, my TT went up only 60 points. My Free T dropped a few points. My Lymphocytes plummeted tremendously. My FSH shot up 2.5 points and am high. My E2 stood the same at 29. (It was 29 before on the regular assay before therapy and is 29 this time on the ultra sensitive). This little jump isn't worth me having slight insomnia, hot flashes, and lower libido than before starting clomid.

Please help inform me on what the next step should be. img001.webp img002.webp img003.webp

Clomid didn't work for you; it doesn't for a lot of men.

It's simple, time to go on a testosterone therapy protocol complete with HCG. Injections as you probably know by now is the best route as it provides for 100% efficacy.

Make sure you are cared for by a Physician who is fully trained in androgen replacement therapy for men...this is very important.

Keep us posted in this thread on your case.

I was put on injections for 3 weeks before another doc took me off and said he would rather be conservitive, given my age and fertility issues with T, and put me on clomid instead. Both docs don't seem competent but we will see what he says tomorrow. I am sure he will suggest something other than T again so I wanted to post here and figure out what I should do. Looking for ammunition, so to speak, for tomorrows visit.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
