Clomid and normal estradiol levels in men

Guys, are the estrogenic side effects of clomid directly related to elevated estradiol levels?
arent there many men using clomid who obtain optimal testosterone levels and optimal estradiol levels ( under 30 ) but still feel estrogenic effects? Can clomid cause men to experience high estrogen related side effects while not raising estradiol? Is this possible? Example, clomid raises total and free T levels to above average levels whereas estradiol doesnt really rise that much.
if thats the case, arimidex would never help.

SERMs can produce either estrogenic or antiestrogenic effects depending on the SERM and the tissue. Clomid has two isomers: enclomiphene and Zuclomiphene. It is thought that Zuclomiphene is responsible for clomid’s estrogenic effects. So yes clomid can cause estrogenic effects even if estradiol is not increased by much. I have used clomid before and i really hate it. Numbers were good but i felt worse than I felt with low-T levels:

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
