Excellent response! Researched it. I learned something new.

The risk is higher in Canada so they won’t replace it free like the US….

I suggest it’s still likely cheaper even after you assume the risk of losing a shipment.

Can’t prove it - no experience in Canada.
But I believe you can probably purchase it cheaper. Might even try a small amount and see what happens.

I have many years of good experience in the U.S. and lost one time. No issues with quality, etc.

the cheapest i can get at drugstore here in quebec, canada is 65$ for 4x20mg (so 16x5mg) it would cost 130$ per month. and more if i want to up the dose.

Im lost and absolutely scared to order on those online shady website but that is my onlu option

I've been using generic tadalafil from India for the last 10-12 years. I think I missed one order, but other than that, the experience has been great so far. I also use 5mg daily (splitting 20mg pills into roughly equal parts). Typically, I'd order 100 pills for about USD $110-120 and that's good for over a year of use. To find a trustworthy source, I'd simply make a small order and, if all is ok, order a bunch.

I can only say, that changed the quality of my life big time. When the first signs of ED hit me 15 years ago, at the age of 45, it was devastating. It affected me psychologically, I developed performance anxiety.
Re getting off the pill: while traveling (alone, without my wife )), I tried stopping the pills. Morning wood would gradually decrease. But that's about it.
I feel that the small daily doses of tadalafil also help me in the gym and have an overall positive effect on cardio. Started at 5mg.
