Can't finish - Lack of Sensitivity

I started TRT eight weeks ago. 120mg/week MWF. I'm also using HCG 500 IU 2x a week. Up until a week ago I didn't use an AI. I've been using .125mg Anastrozole twice a week on my HCG days.

For the past three weeks I've had problems finishing with maybe a 25% success rate. When I do finish it takes WAY longer than normal. I have rock hard erections but there's a serious lack of sensitivity and in general I'd say my libido is diminished.

Still haven't had my first round of labwork yet. Thoughts?

I have never used HCG and have exactly the same problem you do. Please read my most recent thread. I love TRT but this is a major side effect for me. The other side is sex feels like a chore after a while instead of enjoyable. Sucks because everything else about me is improved on TRT except ability to orgasm and enjoy sex and sensitivity. Im on clomid and nolva for weeks now and off trt and my penis actually feels way more sensitive again.

I have a bit of the same problem but I´m also take SSRI. However I like it in a way because before I was a cronic pre eju..which was not funny.
Since adding Cialis to my daily stack it has improved the sensitivity.

Same here, started TRT about 5 months ago. Im feeling great, but now have delayed ejaculation. And my libido is all over the place. What is going on ? 175mg of test and 2x 400 HCG a week.

There's really no substantial conversation that can be had without labs, how is any one supposed to know what's going on with you? To that point, any use of Cialis? Viagra? Nitric Oxide supplements?

I have read that Cialis helps with penis sensitivity. It does seem to work for me. If you don't have low blood pressure, I would probably try low-dose Cialis.

No Cialis, Viagra, Nitric Oxide sups. No drug use, alcohol consumption, etc. Gym/exercise 10hrs a week, eat ok but far from perfect, 5'5" 175lbs, ~ 23% bf (gained quite a bit since hopping on TRT).

When I receive labs I'll post the results. I'm reading conflicting information that essentially says this could be low or high E symptoms.

Alot of the high/low symptoms can be very close to each other.
