Regarding the breathing issues, something you may want to look into is nebulizing hydrogen peroxide. You need to dilute it with saline, but I saw it have incredible affects during Coivd, restoring people's breathing to normal within a matter of minutes. Do your own due diligence but it seems like it might be worth a try.

I recently switched to 10 mg ED dose until I get in to see my Dr. It’s a pain in the ass to pin myself every day but I am interested to see if it helps.
