I like women doctors more than men doctors. I tried to use completely women doctors, I guess I just like women. :o

I've found that, with certain key exceptions, female doctors are better listeners. My TRT provider, a woman, has told me she meets one or two men a month who are clearly uncomfortable with her because of her gender.

Before I get a doctor I look over all the referrals and education. It surprises me how good-looking some of these women doctors are. I do agree with you they are better listeners than most men. It must be a mothering thing.

So do I. In fact, it was a women NP who had the idea to test my testosterone levels and put me on TRT. The PCP blew my symptoms off as 'mental' and wanted to put me on Xanax.

Same here. It was a female NP that finally listen to me about how I felt and she tested my hormones and started me on my journey.

I had a Doctor at Walter Reed tell me I was to young (40's) to have hormone issues and I had mental issues and wanted to send me to a psychiatrist.

Just throwing this out there, I don't know anything about that clinic, that said it sounds familiar. I had horrible time at Universal Men's Clinic, who had me doing 200mg testosterone/1mg anastrozole every 5 days. Paid lots of money to feel horrible.

Anyways, one of their advertised things was the whole no women in the clinic (but several men brought their wives/girlfriends).

I have to agree with others I feel more comfortable with women practitioners, even the whole "turn your head and cough" bit lol.
