Here's the iron, ferritin, and E2 tests. The doctor told me he had an endocrinologist look at my thyroid tests, and didn't see the need to test further.

You should get a copy of your thyroid labs. Don't want to second guess the doctor but we see many people being told their thyroid is just fine when in fact it is not. The thyroid is unique and some of its hormones are in every single cell in the body. Just because you might be in "range" doesn't mean a great deal in when it comes to the thyroid. You could have high Reverse T3 or antibodies..............the good thing is that your iron and ferritin are excellent so you could possibly have an optimized thyroid. Just can't tell without seeing the full thyroid labs.

Going back to the iron and ferritin....very good, almost too good. Your saturation is high at 60% and this needs to stay no higher than 50-55% so you don't want that getting a lot higher and end up with iron overload. That high iron saturation is why your UIBC is low and your TIBC is just above low end of the range.

Your E2 (Estradiol) is low but that is likely due to being on clomid. That may start increasing a little since you are now off clomid. That should not be a problem as you have room for it to come up without it being a problem for you.

I feel okay, thinking the dizziness might of been from dieting and lack of sleep (new baby). Libido is good (not like I was when I was 18, but good), no ED issues, strength has actually increased after being off Clomid this long. I hit my PR on deadlift with (505lbs x 4 reps), so felt good about that... Guess I just need to give everything time. He did tell me I could give blood at a blood bank to help with levels. I'm O-Positive, so guess I should. I just hate needles, and the idea of a bag full of blood makes me nauseous. LOL
 
Your iron and ferritin are good so a donation won't hurt you. Be careful about donations though. My levels were similar to yours and then too many donations and I dropped my iron and ferritin to almost nothing.

Congrats on our PR on the deadlift, that's impressive.
