I’m in need of some advice. Im getting so fed up trying to figure this out on my own and getting thrown around to different doctors.
So if anyone has some knowledge they would like to share with me I really would appreciate it.
I am not looking to take TRT unl
I’m currently taking magnesium, zinc, boron, ashwaganda, kelp, DIM and NAC been eating Whole Foods (sometimes I’ll eat cruciferous vegetables) workout 5x a week sleep 7-9 hours a day.
I still feel a lot of low T symptoms always tired, barely get morning wood, couldn’t get it up last time I tried, brain fog, and overly emotional. I’m 20 years old and my free and bioavailable T are barely in the normal range. As well as my thyroid is Hypo and cortisol is high. (Which might be because I’m so fed up with feeling bad and get angry or anxious)
I’ve been trying to see doctors but they say I “Look Healthy” and my results are in the normal range or close enough to it.
All my bloodwork is posted below.
