You devoted a great deal of discussion to your lipid profile, and attending to that is certainly important. But I see no mention of how you feel in regard to your TRT protocol. Perhaps it's because your lab results are, to out it directly, unimpressive. That can't really surprise you, I'm sure, as you are following a protocol designed to fail. Two hundred and fifty milligrams of testosterone every two weeks is simply foolish - as you realize. Your labs paint a picture of a man suffering from hypogonadism - not a man emerging from it.
You have begun to turn that around by reordering your protocol. Why not consider injecting 60mg of testosterone every 3.5 days? As has been noted so often, frequent, smaller injections lead to TRT success.
