Hello Everyone!

Quick background - 180lbs, 5'9", 29 Years Old,married,3 kiddos.
  • 2014 - Testicular Cancer - treatment of ripping that sucker out of there via orchiectomy. Followed up with surveillance, was a few months off from having to do radiation as that was the previously preferred treatment. No signs of it coming back, yay. 1 Child prior, 2 POST surgery, super fortunate no fertility issues. Vasectomy last year.
  • Have always lifted/fitness etc - but tend to carry fat around the glutes/hips/chest..
  • After surgery ~July 2014, had Testosterone levels checked and I believe it was in the high/mid 300s, can't find the labs results for those, still hunting...
Anyways fast forward to today, hard to put symptoms into words that don't sound generic, but I feel as though I operate at like 75%, not bad, not good, if that makes sense. This would apply to almost aspects of life, work, gym, sex. So energy..I'm not super tired, but not "ready to conquer the day" that I used to feel.

Consult scheduled next week in person with Dr. Saya (I'm local) SUPER PUMPED. Thought I'd share my labs just to see what ya'll think. Thanks!

Looks like your primary, like me because of your LH at 9.1 I'm surprised you're estrogen is at 20 with that low of testosterone hopefully you won't need an AI. Your shpg is somewhat on a low side at 21, I would probably inject testosterone twice a week along with HCG.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
