which is the best energy supplement ?
what is your opinion ?
something give you energy and stamina
im looking something to use for some specific occasions like sex or gym or any tough work.

Energy supplements can work but at the expense of your energy crashing after they are out of your system. Some can lead to adrenal insufficiency.
I take these for energy support:
1- 400 mg Coenzyme Q-10 (200 mg twice per day)
2- 1400 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitinine (once per day)
3- 5000 IU Vitamin D (once per day)
4- 400 mg SAMe twice per day
5- 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per day.
