SHGB is 65 which is high as I learn more. FT is 8.8. TT 642

For a comparison, my numbers with lower SHBG with my TT at 677 and my Free T was 29.6, so you see how very high SHBG is binding up the majority of your testosterone.

Yesterday afternoon my energy and motivation was crazy improved. Couldn't sleep though at night. I don't believe one T and one hcg would make a difference this quickly so maybe I just had too much coffee. But I'm hopeful. And I don't need eat low carb so not sure why SHBG is so high. I should add I've incorporated Boron 6mg daily for about a week. The doc didn't believe that would help but figure it can't hurt.
