Australian Testosterone Clinic Fined, Goes Bankrupt

Australian Male Hormone Clinic was fined for false advertising after charges were brought by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Recently prescription of testosterone has been restricted through Australia's Medicare system. Now it seems they are going after private practitioners as well. The article, which reads like an AHPRA press release, says:

The advertisements claimed that its tailor-made programs "based on blood test results and hormone levels" could increase energy, focus, masculinity and strength, and ability to satisfy sexual partners. AHPRA challenged the validity of the claims citing best available evidence.
