Hello,
I am a 47-year-old male, and over the last 20 years I seem to need physical stimulation from myself or my wife in order to attain an erection for sex. Once I have it I can maintain it good enough. Also, I can get it from physical touch quick enough.
I take tadaladil and trimix occasionally, but I would like to stop being dependent on the trimix.
Perhaps due to excessive pornogrpahy consumption or bad masturbation practices (I stopped all porn 4 months ago), I always need direct touch.
My wife prefers that I get erect from kissing, touching, etc.
My testosterone levels are within range, I used to be on TRT but saw no benefit.
I have managed my performance anxiety pretty well with deep breathing, mindfulness, etc.
Has anyone had success regaining this ability, and what has worked for people? I suspect aging is an issue, but I was curious if this can be corrected.
Thanks
