Anyone tried fasting (Ramadan) on Cialis? My experience

I fast every year from sunrise to sunset for 30 days(Ramadan). This was my first ramadan on daily 5mg cialis.

I felt all the initial body aches, soreness, headaches from when I first started cialis when i started fasting. Almost like due to the fasting the cialis was affecting me more. I had to drop it temporarily and am planning on picking it up again after the 30 days is over.

Anyone have any experience with this or thoughts in general?

I've never tried it. I don't think it would hurt you or have any bad effects on you. You're not doing a 24-hour fast. You are eating when the sun is down. I would have no concern about continuing Cialis.

I fasted for 14 days and still took 5 mg Cialis per day. There were no ill effects that I could detect. This was a complete fast not Ramadan style.

Wow, that's a long time. What was the reason for your log fast? How do you feel during and afterwards.

I fast periodically for a general refresh and reset. Fasting helps to keep my diabetes and hypertension tendencies under control.

On a fast I generally feel great! Here's how it goes for me:

On the first day I am hungry but by the end of the second day the hunger goes away. My energy level goes up at the beginning of the fast and stays elevated for 5 days or more. There is no reduction in physical activities. After about a week I will slow down a bit and sleep more, however I'll continue to go to work and go about my daily routines. I notice enhanced mental clarity. At some point my body will give me a clear signal that it is time to eat again and I'll break the fast. That might be on day 7, day 10, day 14, or perhaps longer. I never plan the length of the fast: it is up to my body to decide how long to keep it going.

Leesto, you may already be aware (since you do this regularly) but just a heads up that supposedly extended fasting can take a toll on our immune system (temporarily) which is obviously not good under current circumstances. I'm no expert but I'm aware of this because I do 2 - 3 days fasts periodically.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now. I only eat between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Nothing but water the rest of the time.

LOTS of positive benefits from it. There are claims that it even raises T, though I have not had blood work since starting it.

As for body aches when fasting...hmm...maybe not taking in enough fluids?
