Anyone have success or previous experience with Keto Diets?

I have been using a modified keto diet (carb back-loading) after bulking to 250#'s. I found an interesting study conducted on the efficacy of such diets on healthy, weight trained subjects. I check my blood sugar often and will be using keto sticks to monitor the ketones in my urine. I am looking forward to using stored fat as energy and hopefully will obtain the physique I have been chasing. I included the link and hope to get some progress pics soon.
