Hi all,

Andrew Huberman and Derek from more plates more dates on YouTube have collabed to make a hormonal based podcast that is 3 hours long. In addition Huberman lab podcast has a wealth of new health protocols that one can follow to optimize everything from hormones to dopamine baseline levels. Using cold to improve performance. I highly recommend for the excel male user who enjoys learning on a daily basis! Check it out and tell me what you think.
