Larger dosages will naturally decrease those with high SHBG, a larger dose of T brought my SHBG a bit too low for my liking. It's going to make an AI even more important if one is going to control E2 from larger dosage in an attempt to bring down SHBG.
In my notes I have:
Keep SHBG in check with Chrysin, Quercetin (inhibit aromatase), Nettle root, Fishoil, protein
Combining nettle root with Pygeum results in a stronger synergistic inhibition of SHBG binding.
Nettle prevents SHBG binding to cell membrane and therefore reduces hormone related cancers
Regarding low free-T and high SHBG you could try:
DHEA 15-20mg daily
VitD3 5-10k iU
stinging nettle Root (mixed results)
Eat High protein, Low glycemic carbs
I can't validate any of this as i have been focused on other things recently but it is something I will be looking at for myself soon.
