AI Nuke E2 High Rebound

is it common for e2 to rebound to extremely high numbers aka 260pmol after nuking e2 with an AI?

I had high e2 for half of 2025 on about 200-250mg test e and low dose AI every second day wasnt doing much.

I took a bigger AI dose for about 1.5 weeks and tanked e2

Got my blood checked about 2 weeks after stopping the aggresive AI.

Took 2 weeks to get the test back aka today. Showed 260pmol.

So about 6 weeks ago i started heavy Ai use for 2 weeks.

2 weeks after that = blood test.

2 weeks after the test = results = 260pmol

I Lowered the test dose to 170mg a week around when i started the AI nuke.

Im thinking of lowering to 150mg for my next dose just to help.

Is it common for e2 to go from 0 to 260 in rebound effect?

Chatgpt says it should slowly settle over the next few weeks.

Any experience?

Absolutely.

Symptoms are inability to get out of bed.

Before the e2 climbed into the high range i was able to spring out of bed every morning.

Now i simply cant get out of bed.

110% e2 related.

I felt better when it was in the mid range.

Aswell Gyno/nipple problem which ive countered with nova.

My e2 has been in high to sky high range for half the year.

It was 110% the 250mg test per week.

Obviously too high for me.

Trying to find the mid dose i can tolerate without rising estrogen, then slight increase to see what i can tolerate before the numbers rise.

But for now the goal is e2 stability

You need to look at the half-life of your AI. It can rebound quickly relative to the half-life.

Sounds bad. I definitely would drop to 100 mg once a week for at least 12 weeks and adjust from there. I would also split the dose and inject twice weekly.

Rollercoaster effect in the brain. Don't worry it will settle and stabilize.
Just do a blood test after few weeks on 150mg.
