Id like to start daily tadalafil at least until my TRT I dialed in. I will be using compounded Meds.My thought was to start with 1/2 of a 7mg tablet daily. And then if needed moving up to a full tab.What are your thoughts?Do you guys prefer tabs or Troches? I could do a 20mg troche cut in 1/4ths.Along with that for those that use troches do you travel with them? How do you store them?Thanks
