Advice for daily Tadalafil

Id like to start daily tadalafil at least until my TRT I dialed in. I will be using compounded Meds.

My thought was to start with 1/2 of a 7mg tablet daily. And then if needed moving up to a full tab.

What are your thoughts?

Do you guys prefer tabs or Troches? I could do a 20mg troche cut in 1/4ths.

Along with that for those that use troches do you travel with them? How do you store them?

Troches you keep in the refrigerator. You can cut them into what ever want. You probably could travel with them if you don't get them too hot. If you take a higher dose they will last you 3 days or more but with higher doses comes more side effects. Empower has compounded capsules as well that would probably travel better. They are listed on Dr. Crislers site Tadalafil SR. 3mg-25mg.

I have never used troches, but have taken seven milligrams of Cialis on a daily basis in the past (I live in Canada and have a first-rate drug plan so the cost of the brand tablets isn't an issue). I took a two milligram tablet in the morning and five at night for nearly a year - and did well on that regimen. I discontinued the morning (two milligram) dose when I was out of the country and ran out. I noticed no difference without it and have done just as well with the five milligrams at night.

I buy form reliableRX, I prefer tabs. I find if I need to cut them, I find it's easy to do.

Other advantage to troches is they can be used sublingual, but then so can tablets. Troches can be the most expensive version of the drug.

Your doctor can request samples for you to try of the troches made by Empower Pharmacy. They are the cheapest option in the US by prescription (under $5 per 20 mg troche)
They also have troches that combine sublingual T plus ED drugs

That's a really good idea (samples). But prices are up. A 20mg is $10 from empower through Defy.

I like the idea of 20mg troches cut into 1/4th for daily use. I was a little worried about traveling and if they will be ok out of the fridge for a few days at a time.
