Seem my arms are always achy and sore on the top area at the bend..it's the muscle and tendon area. Anyone recommend a good supplement to help with this?
You could try L-Lysine 1,000mg and vitamin C 1,000mg twice a day. That's what I take. http://www.livestrong.com/article/402974-benefits-of-lysine-and-vitamin-c/
Both lysine and vitamin C assist in collagen formation, which helps the body build connective tissues such as skin, tendons and cartilage. Collagen helps the body repair blood vessels, heal bruises and mend bone fractures.

Check out tennis elbow remedies, supplement really isn't going to do Shat for this, rest, and some sort of physical therapy I suggest. there are some braces out there for tennis elbow. But time to heal, it's not short, it's taken me many months to heal, both left and right sides.
Look up TYLER TWIST on google/youtube........purchase a THERABAND.........I have been dong exercise after every workout religiously for over 2 years..................noticed a huge improvement. You might also have a forearm FLEXOR/EXTENSOR strength imbalance that you need to look into!
Big big look at curcumin. Especially Thorne's Meriva. Some amazing research to show curcumin in optimal doses can reduce inflammation and more. Brilliant supplement.
