Hey there folks. Just your standard suburban dude here, sales career, 3 kids, youngest 15, and started my fitness journey in early 2023. Starting weight around 370, nerve pain and waddling.
Been on TRT through a doctor, 200mg TestC every two weeks.
Started grey-market Tirzepatide on August 2024. Down 70 lbs since the beginning. Massive strength gains.
My doc can’t poke me on-site anymore so I switched to self administered TestC. Currently 50mg Sunday evening and Thursday morning. Also GH in the AM, just bumped up to 3iu. Aiming for general health and some lipolysis.
At least one weekend day, I pin 5iu and wait two hours and go for a walk, 5miles, takes about an hour 20 minutes.
Diet is finally on point. 4 eggs and salsa in the AM, then 250g chicken or more, 200g white rice, bag of Steamables pretty much every lunch and dinner.
Still building muscle at a decent clip. Lightweight looking for a program to buy.
I’m able to walk 2.5 miles nearly every morning, I catch a 40 minute lift on my lunch hour, and then go most evenings for lift, a bit more cardio, and 20+ minutes in the sauna.
My current plan is to maintain this level while I’m still dropping weight, want to get below 275 as soon as possible.
I have plenty of TestC and GH on hand, some ‘Var waiting for the right time. Slupp 250mcg every morning for energy and fat mobilization.
Will get bloodwork soon.
I suspect I’m a high aromatizer b/c any time I bump the test, I get pimples on my face and upper thighs.
I’m open to suggestions and guidance.
