In line with [USER=13851]@madman[/USER]'s post, if you use hCG then you might consider adding HMG or FSH to maximize results. Empower offers lyophilized FSH. The unknowns are whether you would see improvements and whether any improvements would be retained after ending treatment or switching to a SERM.
