Hi Guys. 44 year old male with decades of lower T (200-400) - finally started TRT in February. I am not feeling great several weeks into TRT. Appointment with clinic in a month but looking for any opinions. Protocol - testosterone cypionate 200 mg/mL - .4 ml 2x week HCG 3000 75iu 2 x week for 4 weeks - off 1 week Anastrozole .75 mg 1x week Labs Prior to Starting TRT Feb 2017: Total T - 211 Free T - 6.12 E - 13.2 SHBG - 36.2 TSH - 1.7 May (9 weeks in) Total T 1289 Free T- 22.2 E - 34.5 SHBG - 27.6 TSH - 1.9 DHEA Sulfate - 110 On paper, from what I've read, numbers look fine but I'm easily and frequently agitated, tearing up at during parts of movies not meant to get teary at, and libido/erections are weak after being good for weeks 1-4ish. Getting sleep, not depressed but not feeling "great." Had night sweats two nights this week. Before treatment, I was experiencing almost a year of unexplained depression symptoms (which quickly resolved after raising T and have not returned) and low libido. I really don't like being so irritable. Any thoughts? Thanks.
