Just an interesting little study I was able to do, but my clinic isn't open past 4pm or I'd get another set of labs about 18hrs post.

This kind of explains why I can sexually feel like I'm in a good spot in the morning time as shown in the 28hrs set of results. On the flipside why I'm feeling run down, tired, and at my sexual low point from about 12hrs thru the night, it's a time I'm not near a good spot with Estrogen and typically refrain from sex after about 5pm.

Probably if I did anything would be to move the injection from 4AM to 8AM and try to push the high E part of the day from 4PM to 8PM.

I get a good bump in TT/FT from Noon to 4PM but is blunted by the FREE Estrogen which is very high.

Not considering a T dose reduction.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
