Recent labs and Reverse T3 (rT3)

Starting NDT and follow up FT3 tests

Hi all, Two days ago I started taking NDT (2 grains per day) and I am wondering how long I should wait to test my ft3 and ft4 to see changes. I have been taking body temps every day and tracking energy as well. Thanks Ken

My start on NDT

Figured I'd start a new thread involving my journey to fix my thyroid issues to help others cause I know I'll be asking questions, so others can read and learn too. I left off with thyroid discussions on the last few post here to get up to speed here (other members had good info, worth reading)...
