TRT and HCG

Is it necessary to take TRT without ever coming off it? Or should one come off it, and just do HCG or Clomid? I see many guys in here saying they have stopped, to give the body a chance to produce on its own, however, I dont think this would be beneficial to me, since I suffer from a pituitary...
